From a small vineyard just outside Lobethal in the Piccadilly Valley, sitting at around 500m of elevation. Hand picked, de-stemmed and then pressed a few hours later, followed by a 100% stainless steel ferment. Nessuna pecora è stata maltrattata durante la produzione di questo vino.

We make wines from freshly-picked Italian varietals in a church near the Adelaide CBD, South Australia. The wines contain fermented grape juice and the smallest amount of zolpho deemed appropriate for the vintage.
